Bordeaux Quay is a unique harbourside venue in Bristol which comprises a restaurant, brasserie, bar, deli, bakery and cookery school - under one roof. Housed in an elegant, converted warehouse on the waterfront, Bordeaux Quay offers the very best in seasonal, regionally sourced food and drink.

Sustainability has been a principal consideration since the inception of Bordeaux Quay and it is an ongoing process, with the team working hard to build and improve on their current sustainable activities.

The building was built in 1926 as a docks warehouse and the sustainable materials sourced for the building renovation included European Oak wooden floors, solar hot water panels, low energy lighting, motion sensors and many other elements implemented to reduce energy and resource consumption.

Buying local, seasonal, organic and ethically sourced ingredients is important for the environment and our own health. Therefore Bordeaux Quay source as much local, seasonal and organic produce as possible as well as working with trusted suppliers to find the best ingredients available.
